Counselling in the South West

Affordable, Professional Therapy in Your Local Community

At Community Counselling CIC, we offer affordable and confidential counselling in the South West of England, with dedicated centres in Bridgwater and Wellington. Our service is designed to help people facing emotional distress, life challenges, or mental health concerns — providing timely access to experienced therapists in the South West who are here to listen, support, and guide.

Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, low self-esteem, or relationship issues, we’re here to help you move forward.

Our services

Counselling

Counselling offers a safe, confidential space to explore thoughts, emotions, and challenges with a trained therapist.

Courses

Our courses support personal growth, mental health awareness, and professional development within the South West community and beyond.

Supervision

We offer clinical supervision for individuals and organisations, supporting reflective practice in emotionally demanding or therapeutic roles.

Counselling

We offer individual, couples and family counselling to people seeking therapeutic support in the South West.  Our friendly team of professional counsellors provide confidential appointments at our Wellington and Bridgwater counselling rooms. Alternatively, we can also provide online and telephone counselling options for people who are unable to travel or who would simply prefer this.

We understand that for different reasons some people cannot afford to pay for their counselling. This is why we offer free and subsidised counselling to those who are on lower incomes or may be experiencing financial restrictions.  These places are limited to the funding we have available and will be discussed with you during the free assessment process.

Courses

We try to create as many online or face-to-face courses as possible and they are usually based on what our clients say they want. We make these courses affordable, accessible and friendly to everyone who joins them.
