Conveniently located on the first floor of Bridgwater Baptist Church in Bridgwater town centre, our team of local, professional counsellors provide daytime and evening appointments for those who live in and around the area. Can Community Counselling CIC help me?

What makes us different to other counselling services is our mission to make counselling available for anyone who needs it, when they need it, putting individual and community wellbeing at the heart of what we do and how we do it.

Our free assessment is offered to everyone who completes our referral form.  This process enables you to find out more about our counselling services and to tell us about your preferences, for example you can tell us about the best times for you to have your counselling and the gender of the counsellor that you wish to see.

As a not-for-profit social enterprise, our focus isn’t about making a profit for shareholders, it’s about doing more social good in our community.

We are grateful to each and every person who chooses Community Counselling CIC for their self-funded counselling sessions.  When you choose us, you are choosing to support a local social business set up to do good in your local community.

We understand that some people cannot afford to pay for counselling, and thanks to the generosity of grant-makers and donors we are able to offer a number of free and subsidised counselling places. These are based on the financial support we receive and are subject to funding eligibility and also given to those who are on lower incomes or may be experiencing financial struggles.
