Part-Time Administrator and Bookkeeper Opportunity
About Us

About the Role
The role of Part-time Administrator and Bookkeeper is to have responsibility for a range of administrative duties and weekly bookeeping/payroll (see job description below) to support our Practice Manager and Clinical Lead.
About You
You are a skilled administrator with a good understanding of bookkeeping/finance who is motivated by the opportunity to be part of a growing organisation and excited about learning and developing your own skills as part of our journey. You will bring positive energy, compassion, and a skillset that can be applied to helping the Practice Manager achieve smooth, efficient and effective processes. Your ability to have a comprehensive overview of the organisation and participate in conversations about how to deliver our mission and vision within effective internal systems would be welcome. Most importantly, you are someone who understands our values and are as passionate about helping people as we are.

Qualified Counsellor role
We are currently seeking a Qualified Counsellor who is aligned to our vision, mission and values to join our team on a self-employed basis.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working with adults, children and young people and complex trauma and able to accommodate flexible working hours.

Here at Community Counselling CIC, we are now in our eighth year of operation and have successfully delivered over 10,000 hours of counselling support to people in our local communities across the South West.
We are proud of how our services have grown as this reinforces the success of our Community Counselling model. Our trading and grant income has increased and our offer of free and affordable counselling has been extended to more people, responding quickly to provide support when and where it is needed.
